Meet your facilitator
Zaman
Zaman went to the Himalayas to be a trained mountaineer and that's where he was introduced to breathwork. There, he was shown to rediscover himself in the abyss, where the living experiences are in harmony with existence. Through the training, he got in touch with the rigorous process of breathwork and it helped him to survive and stay fit physically and mentally with little resources of food, heat and oxygen.
Zaman trained as a 9D Breathwork facilitator, gaining skills to guide transformative experiences. His training included holding space for emotional well-being. This involved not only understanding the technical aspects of breathwork but also developing a keen awareness of the emotional and physical responses that participants might undergo. Zaman's dedication reflects his commitment to helping others enhance well-being through a holistic approach, integrating mindfulness, breath awareness, and some bodywork techniques.
Zaman wanted to continue his journey by sharing and exploring breathwork and bringing the powerful medicine to the lives of many, believing that the wisdom and intelligence of our body are inherent and the medicine which can be activated through our conscious connected breath.
Feeling comfortable in our mind and body is really important for the breathwork sessions. There will be headphones, yoga mats, blankets and pillows for your comfort but you are welcome to bring an extra blanket or pillow if you feel called. It is also recommended to bring: a water bottle, eye covering, chapsticks or a journal.
