The Feldenkrais® method is a potent practice of neuro-muscular
repatterning that bodies forth greater ease of movement, enhanced
flexibility & strength, & thus, dramatically improves the quality of
any physical activity. The Feldenkrais® method also cultivates a
somatic “softening,” enhancing the flow of Qi and strengthening the
health benefits of acupuncture, Tai Chi and/or Chi Gong. Come
experience this wonderful practice for yourself!

Private sessions available on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays between 1:30pm - 5:00pm. Please contact the clinic for more information. 

A. Ifátólú Gardner, MD, MPH, PhD is a healer, scholar, educator, &
indigenous spiritual elder (Iyánífá). She is also a dancer, yogini, &
Feldenkrais ® practitioner.

Ifátólú has taught various somatic practices – including
Afro-Caribbean dance, Dunham technique, Medical Qi Gong, Dayan Qi
Gong, and the Feldenkrais® method. Entering the FRTI professional
Feldenkrais® training program [Berkeley] in 2009, Ifátólú began
teaching Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement®  classes in 2011.
All of Ifátólú’s work is an expression of her deep appreciation, &
ongoing exploration, of the healing and transformative powers of
somatic practices and ancient indigenous wisdom traditions.
