Acupressure for Insomnia
with Hulda Nystrom

June 7 (Thursday)
at 6:00 pm

Class length
90 minutes

Insomnia can be an incredibly complex condition to resolve. According to Chinese medicine, the quantity and quality of ones sleep depends on the Mind, which is considered the spirit of the Heart. Other organs, such as the liver, kidneys, stomach and gall bladder, can also be affected, leading to difficulty getting to sleep, staying asleep or getting restful sleep.

Learn what lifestyle adjustments in conjunction with self-help and professional acupressure can lead to restful sleep. Emphasis will be laid on embedding ones self-care in the context of 4 Pillars of Health:                              Sunshine - Exercise - Energy Balancing - Diet.
