Class description:
Flow & Restore (60 min)
A gentle, grounding class that blends slow Vinyasa flow with restorative poses to support your body and mind. We’ll begin with mindful movement to open and release tension, then ease into longer-held, supported postures for deep relaxation.
This class is easy-going and welcoming for all levels, offering space to turn inward, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your sense of balance and well-being. Perfect for unwinding, resetting, and simply being present.
